How this tracker works
Public messages become review candidates. A canonical @thsottiaux post may publish automatically when it is less than 24 hours old and either explicitly confirms a broad Codex reset or firmly announces a broad Banked Reset for delivery that day. Targeted updates for some users, other forecasts, replies, ambiguous language and every other source still require operator review. Reset Watch is an external forecast and cannot update the reset clock, statistics or heatmap. An operator may expose a canonical Tibo post as a short-lived possible signal, but it cannot update the reset clock, statistics, heatmap or alerts. Official evidence is labeled confirmed; a real reset without an official announcement is labeled observed until official evidence appears. The +1 wish counter is a community signal only and never evidence of a reset.
