Evidence before publication
Public messages become review candidates. Within 24 hours, validated @thsottiaux posts in the public archive may publish automatically when they explicitly confirm a broad reset, contain an archive-classified short completion or numbered Banked announcement, or firmly announce a broad Banked Reset for delivery that day. Archive classification is public evidence, not verification of any private account balance. Third-party observations, forecasts, targeted updates and unmatched wording require operator review. Forecasts and possible signals never change the reset clock, statistics or heatmap. Community wishes are never reset evidence.
Discovery
Public messages are collected as candidates. Collection alone does not establish that a reset occurred.
Review and confirmation
Publication follows the source, timing and scope rules above. Other candidates require operator review. Corrections retain an audit trail.
Published types
Regular resets, Banked Resets and quota adjustments. Community wishes are displayed separately and never count as evidence.

Every record links to its public evidence. Cite occurrence time, update type and the original source; exclude sponsor content and wish counts from reset evidence.
